Rohov lies near the state border on the northernmost headlands, approximately 20 km far from Opava, in the Silesia region. The area of the local farm established in 1869 and a traditional Opavian house made of stone with a portico is typical for the architecture of the second half of the 19th century. Granary made of wooden logs and two-storey traditional buildings from the end of the 19th century are typical for the Hlučín region. There are also other interesting buildings worth mentioning, such as the old stable, that has exposed brick walls and itʼs located in the northeast part of the municipality. Another important historic monument is a burial ground for soldiers who fell during World War I and World War II, a wayside shrine and crosses.
